Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days once confirmed and will arrive within 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Hand delivery may be an option within a certain mileage radius. Please reach out to inquire here.

Due to Massachusetts Department of Agriculture Resources (MDAR) food safety regulations, all dog treats are final sale. If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and we will be happy to help!
