Refunds
Due to Massachusetts Department of Agriculture Resources (MDAR) food safety regulations, all dog treats are final sale. If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. Please include a photo and your order details. A replacement or store credit may be provided when appropriate. Grogan's Golden Treat Co. reserves the right to evaluate all claims on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for supporting our small batch, handcrafted, homemade dog treats!

All orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs unless otherwise instructed by the Grogan's staff.
